FAQs

General Q&A’s

Do I have a firm price?

Our $99 minimum (plus tax) always applies. While we do our best to give accurate estimates, final pricing is determined by the technician onsite. Any extra services added during the appointment will be your responsibility. Services and products are non-refundable once provided.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (3% fee applies to cards). Technicians will process payment and email your receipt.

When will my technician arrive?

You’ll receive a 2–3 hour arrival window the day before your appointment. Techs will also call 30 minutes before they arrive. While we aim to stay on schedule, delays can happen—we’ll keep you informed if timing changes. No refunds or discounts are given for late arrivals.

Carpet Q&A’s

Do I need to vacuum first?

Light vacuuming is helpful but not required unless there is heavy debris or pet hair.

Do you move furniture?

Yes, we move most furniture at no extra cost and place it back with protective padding as needed. Please remove small items like lamps or electronics in advance. We do not move heavy or delicate items (pianos, beds, china cabinets, etc.).

How long will the cleaning take?

Carpet cleaning takes about 15 minutes per room. Timing depends on furniture, soil level, and spot treatment.

What is an "area"?

An area is up to 250 sq. ft. (about a two-car garage). Combos like living/dining rooms count as two. A flight of stairs (up to 13), a hallway, or a walk-in closet can also be considered an area.

When will carpets or furniture be dry?

Drying can take 12–48 hours, depending on humidity, airflow, and temperature. Using fans or HVAC systems speeds up drying. Avoid walking in street shoes, and be cautious moving between wet carpet and hard floors.

Air Duct Q&A’s

Why should I have my air ducts cleaned?

Over time, dust, allergens, pet dander, and other particles build up in your ductwork. Cleaning your air ducts helps improve indoor air quality, boosts your HVAC system’s efficiency, and can even help reduce allergy symptoms.

How often should I schedule air duct cleaning?

We recommend having your ducts cleaned every 3 to 5 years. If you have pets, allergies, recent renovations, or live with smokers, more frequent cleanings may be beneficial.

What are some signs my air ducts need cleaning?

You might notice:

  • Extra dust around your home
  • Musty or stale odors
  • Increased allergy symptoms
  • Uneven airflow between rooms
